Applies to all bookings with Norvilt / Goatmentor Technologies AS

These terms and conditions apply between Goatmentor Technologies AS, hereinafter referred to as 'Norvilt', and you as the customer, hereinafter referred to as 'the customer'. By placing an order, the customer accepts these terms in their entirety.
Norvilt follows Norwegian law, including the Package Travel Act where applicable, as well as general principles of good business practice.
1.1 The agreement is considered entered into when Norvilt has confirmed the booking in writing.
1.2 Invoice is issued at the time of booking with 7 days payment term.
1.3 The booking is only binding when full payment has been received.
1.4 In case of non-payment by the due date, Norvilt reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice.
2.1 The agreement covers the services specified in the order confirmation.
2.2 All trips are customized to the individual customer. Descriptions on the website are indicative and may differ from the final arrangement.
2.3 Additional services or activities ordered during the trip will be invoiced separately.
3.1 All prices are quoted in Norwegian kroner and include value added tax where applicable.
3.2 The price only includes what is specified in the order confirmation.
3.3 Travel insurance and cancellation protection are not included unless otherwise agreed.
3.4 Price changes after booking is confirmed and paid do not affect existing agreements.
4.1 The customer is responsible for obtaining travel insurance that covers cancellation, accidents, illness, and loss of belongings.
4.2 The customer is obligated to disclose health conditions, allergies, or other circumstances that may affect the execution of the trip.
4.3 The customer is responsible for arriving at the agreed time and place, and bringing necessary documentation (identification, any permits).
4.4 The customer is responsible for their own equipment and personal belongings throughout the stay.
Important: We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance with cancellation coverage.
5.1 For cancellations more than 90 days before departure, the paid amount will be refunded minus an administration fee of NOK 1,000 per person.
5.2 For cancellations 90 days or less before departure, no refund will be given.
5.3 If one or more members of a travel party cancel, the price for remaining participants may increase. Norvilt will inform about any price change without undue delay.
5.4 In case of force majeure at the destination (war, natural disasters, pandemic, or similar) making execution impossible or irresponsible, the customer may cancel without cost. Norvilt determines whether force majeure applies.
6.1 Changes to the booking can be made by agreement with Norvilt and will be invoiced at the time of change.
6.2 Transfer of the booking to another person can be done for a fee of NOK 1,000 per person, provided Norvilt approves the new participant.
6.3 Norvilt reserves the right to make minor changes to the program if weather conditions, safety, or other unforeseen circumstances require it.
6.4 In case of significant changes or cancellation by Norvilt, the customer is entitled to a full refund of the paid amount.
7.1 Norvilt is responsible for delivering the services as described in the order confirmation, subject to changes mentioned in section 6.3.
7.2 Norvilt is not liable for loss or damage caused by the customer's own negligence, health condition, or failure to follow instructions from guides.
7.3 The customer is liable for damages caused to Norvilt's equipment, vehicles, or property due to negligence or intent.
7.4 Norvilt is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or additional costs related to the customer's travel to and from the meeting point (flights, trains, cars, etc.).
7.5 Norvilt's total liability is in any case limited to the amount the customer has paid for the trip.
8.1 Any complaints should be made as soon as possible during the stay, so that Norvilt has the opportunity to remedy the situation.
8.2 Written complaints must be sent within 14 days after return to be processed.
9.1 In case of disagreement between the customer and Norvilt, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
9.2 If the parties cannot reach an agreement, the case may be brought before the Consumer Authority or the Consumer Disputes Commission.
9.3 The agreement is subject to Norwegian law. Legal venue is Norvilt's place of business.
10.1 Norvilt processes personal data in accordance with applicable privacy legislation (GDPR).
10.2 Information collected is only used for processing the booking and communication with the customer.
10.3 Personal information is not shared with third parties without the customer's consent, unless necessary for the execution of the service.
